This Telegram post preview lays your text out the way a channel post reads, with your files as the album the channel shows. Paste a post into the editor and it renders beside it as you type.
The reason to use this page rather than the counter is that attaching a file changes the limit. A message takes 4,096 characters; the moment there is a photo or a video the text becomes a caption and the cap drops to 1,024. Nothing warns you — the send succeeds and the text is cut, so the post looks finished to its author and ends mid-sentence for the channel.
The card draws no “more” boundary. Telegram's clients do collapse a very long message, but nobody here has measured where, and this page will not print a number it cannot stand behind.
Nothing here is uploaded. The files you pick are read by your own browser and never leave it, and nothing is kept when you close the tab.

4,096 characters as a message, and 1,024 once the post carries a photo or video.
Why does the limit drop when I attach a photo?
Because the text becomes a caption rather than a message, and the caption field is capped at 1,024. The send still succeeds; the text is simply truncated.
Where does Telegram cut a long post?
Its clients collapse very long messages, but we have not measured the point and will not print a figure we cannot stand behind.
Does this tool upload my files anywhere?
No. They are read inside your browser and never sent anywhere. Closing the tab discards them.
