How PostPost.ai works

It starts with your website and ends with posts on your own accounts. Here is every step in between, and where you get to say no.

The brand profile and your first posts take about a minute.

  1. 1

    Give it your website.

One link, and there is nothing else to fill in. No brief, no prompt to write, no questionnaire about your own business.

It goes for the pages that say something about the business rather than the whole site, so a big site takes about as long as a small one.

  2. 2

    It learns the business.

Your services and what they cost, who you sell to, the way you already write, your logo and your colours. All of it off your own site.

You get a brand profile you can open and correct. Anything the site does not say, you can add: a price list, a document, a few posts whose tone you liked.

  3. 3

It plans the month and writes it.

A plan across the channels you already post on, then finished posts and carousels with the words and the pictures done. If one is not right, say what to change in plain words.

The selling posts get spaced out between posts that just say something useful, and each one is fitted to the channel it is going to instead of copied across all of them.

  4. 4

Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Approve the week and it publishes on schedule to the accounts you connected, then shows you which posts did something and which did not.

Everything waits as a draft until you say otherwise. If a network refuses a post, you get that network's own reason for it rather than a generic failure.

What comes out.

Real posts PostPost.ai made for real businesses, each one written and designed off that business's own website.

What stays your call.

The parts it deliberately leaves to you.

Nothing publishes on its own.

Every post it writes waits as a draft. It goes out when you approve the week, or when you schedule it yourself.

It only knows what you show it.

There is no template pack behind the posts, and no importing a brand from a social profile. Correct the brand profile and everything written after that reads the correction.

You can rewrite any of it.

Edit the words yourself, or describe the change and it writes the caption again or makes another picture.

Questions about the process.

What the first hour looks like, and what it will not do.

What do you need from me to start?

A link to your website. If the site is thin on detail, add a price list or a document and it reads that too.

How long until I see something?

About a minute for the brand profile and your first posts.

Will it post without asking me?

No. Every post it writes is a draft until you approve it or schedule it yourself, and you can change or throw away any of them first.

What if it gets my business wrong?

Correct it in the brand profile: your services and their prices, who you sell to, the way you write. Posts written after that read the corrected version.

Can I use it for more than one business?

Yes. Each brand keeps its own profile, its own plan and its own connected accounts, and you can invite other people into one of them.

Which accounts can it publish to?

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and LinkedIn. You connect them once, and it publishes to the ones each post is planned for.

It starts with the link.

Paste your website and see the brand profile and the first posts it writes from it.
