One allowance covers planning, writing and images, so there is never a second budget to manage. A finished post costs about 12 credits — measured on our own production ledger, not estimated.
About 30 finished posts a month.

About 150 finished posts a month.
About 300 finished posts a month.

Run out early and you can top up without changing plan: $10 for 500 credits, $25 for 1,400 credits, and $50 for 3,000 credits. Purchased credits are spent only after the month's allowance, and they do not expire.
Connect as many accounts as your brand has. Adding a channel never changes the price, and each one connects through its platform's official API — no shared passwords.
The whole product is on the entry plan. What the tiers change is how many brands you run, how much AI you get, and how much reporting and hand-holding comes with it.

Every post is five steps: pick the topic, write the caption, make the visual, adapt it to each channel, put it in the queue. A scheduler removes the fifth. Credit counts are not comparable across vendors, but these column headings are.

Market rates for the human options, with sources under the cards. Ours is the plan above.
Briefed task by task.
Marketplace range, median near $20. Keeping two channels active often runs $400–2,000 a month.
One social media manager on payroll.
$7,500–11,400 a month: salary $62,500–95,500 plus employer benefit costs, which are 30.1% of total compensation. Office, software and recruiting sit on top of that.
A team on a monthly retainer.
Small business at the bottom, enterprise programmes at the top. Content production is usually billed separately.
Your AI manager.
Planning, writing, design, scheduling, and publishing in one place. Pay per brand — not per hour, post, or channel.

Invite your whole team and your clients, on any plan, at no cost. The roles below mean you can hand someone read-only access without giving them the keys. The paid axis is brands: an agency that takes on a client adds a brand, not a headcount.
What the bill does, before you agree to it.
PostPost.ai starts at $29 a month. You are billed for the plan, not per post, per channel or per person — seats are unlimited on every tier. What moves you up a tier is volume: more channels, more brands, more AI.
One unit of AI work. Planning a week, writing a post, generating an image and re-reading your website all draw on the same monthly allowance, so you are never choosing between two separate budgets. The entry plan includes 375 credits a month, which is about 30 finished posts.
Yes — 7 days on Starter and Business. A card is required at signup and nothing is charged until the 7 days are up; cancel before then and you are not billed. The trial carries 88–175 AI credits, enough to plan a week and publish it. The trial is offered once per account.
Generation pauses until your allowance renews, and you can buy a top-up to carry on before then. Top-ups are $10 for 500 credits, $25 for 1,400 credits, $50 for 3,000 credits, and they do not expire. Posts you have already made keep publishing on schedule, and analytics and the inbox go on working — none of those spend credits.
Monthly plan credits do not: the allowance resets on your monthly renewal date. Credits you bought as a top-up are yours until you spend them, and they are used only after the month's allowance is gone.
One business with its own voice, its own brand kit and its own set of connected channels. A brand can connect any channel we support, and how many at once is set by its plan — the count is in the table above. A second language for the same business is a second brand, because it carries its own vault and its own plan.
As many as you want, on every plan, with Owner, Editor and Viewer roles. We do not charge per seat — inviting a colleague or a client to look at the work should not be a billing decision.
Yes. Paying for a year costs ten months, so two months are free. The prices on this page switch between the two with the toggle above the plans.
Yes, up or down, from your billing page. An upgrade applies straight away and adds the difference in allowance to the month you are already in, so nothing you have spent is lost. Switching plans during a trial ends the trial and starts the paid subscription.
Yes, from your billing page, with no notice period and no call. A paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. A trial ends the moment you cancel it.
Yes. The Agency tier has no cap on brands and is priced against what you actually run rather than off this page. It adds white-label reporting and priority support, and every plan below it already includes unlimited seats, so client viewers cost nothing.
Paste your website. PostPost.ai reads it, builds your brand vault and writes your first posts — before you connect an account or enter a card.
