Working with several brands and clients

If you run more than one brand — your own plus clients’, or one business in several markets — everything in PostPost.ai is scoped to a brand: its kit, channels, content, calendar, analytics, and inbox.

Several brands in one account

Who can reach which brand is a per-person setting: see Your team: invites and roles.

Sharing a post for review

You don’t need to give a client an account to show them a post. Open the post, choose Share, and there are two ways in:

The shared page is read-only: the post as it will publish, its channels, and its time. Clients can’t edit or approve there, so their feedback comes back to you the usual way — reply in email or chat, and you make the change in PostPost.ai.

Reporting to clients

Analytics exports to CSV per period or for the last 12 months, and the higher tiers add unlimited analytics and white-label reports — which is what most agencies use for the monthly client report. See Analytics and reports.

Anything beyond that — custom limits, invoicing terms — is what the Agency tier’s Talk to sales conversation is for.
