Approve your first week

A week in PostPost.ai goes through four steps: plan → generate → review → scheduled. You approve each post one at a time, and nothing is queued until you do.

1. Plan the week

Open Content plan (or the plan panel on the calendar) and tell PostPost.ai what the week is about:

Press Plan the week. PostPost.ai builds the plan first: one slot per post, each with a topic, an angle, a format, and its channels. Slots are dated and timed for you — every slot gets a real time inside your brand’s open posting hours, in your brand’s time zone — so what you review is what will actually go out.

Posts already scheduled for that week count toward the mix, so a week that is half full gets topped up rather than doubled. You can plan up to 4 weeks ahead.

2. Generate

The writing starts straight after the plan. Posts appear as they finish — copy first, images a moment later — so you can start reviewing before the whole week is done, and a week still working keeps a “more on the way” marker in the panel.

Not happy with the shape of the week rather than one post? Adjust plan & mix rewrites the plan from a plain-words instruction (“more selling posts”, “move the launch to Friday”) without you having to redo the setup.

3. Review, post by post

One post at a time: its picture, its caption, its planned time — and the four things you can do with it.

The plan panel becomes a review deck: one post at a time, with its picture, its caption, and the day and time it is planned for. Four actions:

Some weeks generate more ideas than there are open posting times. Those extra cards carry no time and can’t be approved until you free a slot (discard another card) or open more posting times.

4. Scheduled

Approved posts land on the Calendar with their day and time and publish on their own. Until a post publishes you can still open it, edit the caption per channel, reschedule it, or unschedule it entirely.
