Changing or cancelling your plan

Everything about your subscription is on the Billing page: the four plans, your current one, the top-up packs, and the buttons that change any of it.

Switching plan

Pick the plan you want and confirm. The change takes effect straight away:

Cancelling

Cancel on the Billing page. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the page shows that exact date. Nothing is deleted on that date — you lose access to the paid surfaces, not your brands or your posts.

Changed your mind before the date? Resume puts it back with no gap.

What a cancellation doesn’t do

Trials

Where it’s offered, the Business plan can start with a 7-day trial: a card is required, it’s once per customer, and you’ll see the offer at checkout if you’re eligible. Switching to another tier during a trial ends the trial and starts charging that tier.

Payment methods and invoices

Card changes, invoices and receipts live in the Stripe customer portal, reachable from Billing. That’s Stripe’s own screen, so it always shows the current state of your payments.

The assistant in the support chat has no access to billing records by design. For a question about a specific charge, ask in the chat anyway — it hands the conversation to a human who can look.

Running out of credits isn’t a billing problem

An empty balance never blocks publishing — scheduled posts keep going out, and only new AI generation pauses. Top up from the same Billing page. See How AI credits work.
