Your Brand Kit: logo, colors, fonts, and voice

The Brand Kit is the heart of PostPost.ai. Every post, image, and carousel the AI generates uses it — that’s what makes the output look like your brand instead of generic AI content.

What’s in the Brand Kit

The Design Style section: brand colors, the font pair, the logo and design rules
Design Style holds the visual half of the kit.

Where to edit it

Everything lives in your brand’s Settings, one card per part:

Section What you change there
Design Style Logo, color palette, font pair
Tell us about your company Name, industry, website, description, time zone
Products and Services What you sell, with prices and detail pages
Memory Voice and audience, what to promote, what to avoid, and the files we read
Brand Visuals Your photo and video library
Contacts and Links Phone, address, links used in posts
Social Accounts Connected channels

The kit is parsed from your website during onboarding, and every field stays editable afterwards. Your edits always win over the imported values, and a later re-scan won’t quietly overwrite the content pillars you customised.

Materials we read

Under Memory you can also upload reference documents — brand guidelines, an ICP, a positioning doc, a past content plan. PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, and Markdown up to 20 MB each. PostPost.ai parses and summarizes each one, and the AI can open them while writing. Scanned PDFs with no text layer can’t be read; export a text PDF instead.

Why it matters

When you ask for a post, the AI doesn’t start from a blank page. It combines your idea with the Brand Kit — so a bakery gets warm, appetising content in its own palette, and a law firm gets restrained, professional content in its corporate colors. Same tool, very different output.

Who can change what

Editors you invite can edit the brand’s content, voice, offerings, and contacts. The visual kit — logo, palette, fonts — is the owner’s to change, so a teammate can’t reshape the brand’s look by accident.
