How it works

How we work together

  1. Step 1

    Tell us where to look

Your website, or your public Instagram if you have no site.

  2. Step 2

    Send what you have

Photos or phone clips, if you like. The first week needs none.

  3. Step 3

    We make the week

Posts and a reel, checked against your site. Usually ready in about 30 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    You approve

Ask for changes in plain words, two rounds. Then download the week and post it.

Then, every week

On a plan, a new set arrives every week or two, made with what you told us, and approved posts go out on their date. You pay once a month.

Your calendar

Every post of your week in one calendar

Your week arrives as drafts, each on its day. Open any post to read it, change the caption or approve it, from your phone or your laptop.

The PostPost.ai calendar: a week of posts on their days, drafts in a column on the left, and one post open with its Approve button
A week from the calendar of 2VP, one of our customers.
  • Each post on its day See the whole week at a glance, with the time each post goes out and the accounts it goes to.
  • Read, fix, approve Open a post, read it, fix the caption if you want, and approve. It goes out on its date.
  • Nothing goes out without your approval A post waits as a draft until you approve it or ask us for changes.
Why not ChatGPT?

A good tool. You still do the work every week.

ChatGPT writes captions and draws good pictures. It still leaves you to make the week happen, and on its own it doesn't edit your clips into reels. We make the week for you from your real food, reels included.

ChatGPT One prompt per post, their logo attached, the first picture each time

Make it eye-catching with text. Here is our logo. Picture ChatGPT's image model made from the prompt: Make an Instagram post for my restaurant Pita Plus. We are a kosher kitchen and closed on Saturdays. Hours: Sunday to Thursday 11am to 9pm, Friday 11am to sundown. Use our logo and brand colors. Here is our logo. • The food is drawn by AI: not their dishes, not how they cook. Customers who come in will see the difference
  • Adds a kosher certification mark; their site claims no certification
  • The owner typed the hours and facts and attached the logo
  • No reel: on its own it doesn't cut your clips into a video with music and captions

Sample post: South Florida's most authentic Israeli shawarma Sample post: Kosher kitchen, closed Saturdays Sample post: Pick your bread: pita, baguette or laffa
  • Their real dishes, from their own photos
  • Only what their site says: hours, kosher norms, nothing added
  • Logo, colours and facts read from pitaplus.com, nothing typed in
  • A reel with music and captions comes with every week

Same restaurant, same three topics. The ChatGPT pictures were drawn by OpenAI's image model, the one ChatGPT uses, at high quality, from the prompt an owner would type with their logo attached; we kept the first picture and did not edit it. Pita Plus is a sample, not a client.

What owners say

“Mikhail is amazing. […] He reached out to me and got my input and has put together a great portfolio of posts that 100% meet my brand, image and voice. He has been in touch throughout and makes sure everything is just right. […] The whole package is well worth the money being spent”
Michael D Agnew · US, Trustpilot, 19 October 2026 Read it on Trustpilot
“We were spending 4–5 hours a week on Instagram posts alone. I had to employ someone: separate images, separate text, then load it into every channel. Now it takes me 15 minutes for the whole month.”
2VP.Uk · Design and build contractor, London
“I was paying an assistant to run our Instagram and Facebook, and still had to check the work. Now I give the idea and the focus, the system makes it, and I press approve.”

Your material

Photos from your phone are enough

Upload them in PostPost.ai from your phone's browser, with nothing to install, or share a Google Drive folder. What helps most:

  • Your products, on the counter or in hand
  • A short clip of the work in progress
  • You, talking for 20 seconds about what you do
  • Before and after pictures

Do you use AI?

Yes. Here is what you can hold us to.

Several tools make your week: they plan it from your site and what you sent, lay out each post in your fonts and colours with your own photos, and edit the reel. Before you see a post, our checks compare every fact with your site, your feed or what you sent.

Facts about you come from you

Prices, hours, products, reviews and history come from your website, your feed or what you send. If we can't find a fact about your business, it isn't in the post.

Your real products

We use your own product photos and logo. When a scene is drawn, we tell you which posts, and you can swap in your own photo.

Your week stays yours

We don't show your week or your photos to anyone without your OK.

I'm Mikhail, founder of PostPost.ai. We built this after watching owners give up on posts that a chatbot made in seconds and that looked like it. If a post feels wrong, write to me in PostPost.ai or at mikhail@postpost.ai.

Questions owners ask

What do I need to start?

Your website and a card for the $9.99.

Does the first week start a subscription?

No. The first week is one payment. A monthly plan starts only if you choose one.

Can I cancel a plan?

Yes, in Settings, any time. The plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.

Can I tell you what to post about?

Yes. Write a brief in a few lines, or leave it to us. We plan from your site and feed, and ask about anything current.

What if I don't like the first week?

Tell us what to change in plain words. Send one list for the whole week; you get two. The $9.99 is not refunded.

Do I keep the first week if I don't subscribe?

Yes. The 4 posts and the reel are yours to download and post anywhere, also after you leave.

Do you post for me?

Yes, on a plan, once you connect your accounts. We publish through each network's official connection and never ask for your password. The first week on its own is for you to download and post yourself.

Will my week look like these samples?

It will look like your business. The three samples look different from each other because the businesses do.
